Introduction
On September 1, 2009, ABB China Customer Contact Center officially went live and started to provide "7*24 hours" service support, including service related business inquiries, technical support, order inquiries, project cooperation, spare parts, complaints and suggestions, etc. All customers can reach ABB through hotline, fax or email of the center if they have service related needs. With a unified image and integrated communication channel, ABB will provide customers with more convenient and more efficient services.

ABB China Customer Contact Center, under the leadership of ABB China Country Service Organization, established a cross-division and cross-business service platform. Based on the hotline of Low Voltage Products Business Unit of China Automation Products Division, the contact center has integrated almost 20 local business units’ service hotlines and fully consolidated company’s service resources. After a transitional period, all local business units’ previous hotlines will be switched to the contact center hotline. The center adopted VOIP technology for the first time in ABB China for the internal communication with dozens of service teams and a few hundreds of professional service engineers in China. The establishment of the contact center will reduce company’s operation expenses and overall cost for customer service.

Under the guideline of "customer need is everything, professional service is ready everyday", the contact center is committed to satisfying customers’ increasing service needs and to improving ABB’s service quality.
